This is my second time calling Jarrods for an issue in my home. Both times I received speedy service and even better customer service. The first time I called during the summer about a bug issue Jarrod himself came out the next day to do my initial inspection. Called recently for a terminate inspection Jarrod himself came again the very next business day. To actually have the owner come out so quickly is very impressive. I’d recommend Jarrods Pest Control to anyone!! I’m a single mom Jarrods prices are very reasonable he understood my financial situation and worked with me. Even when I have to call his office I get exceptional customer service over the phone. I can tell Jarrod and his entire team strives to get the job done I love the way I’ve been treated this last year as a customer.

I contacted the office about a rat issue in my home. Jarrod came out the next day to give me the quote. The pricing was great. They were back at my house next day to start sealing the outside and getting these things out of my house. They will also be doing new insulation and monthly service. All guys that have came to my home have been absolutely amazing. Very professional, let me know each step they were doing. All the girls in the office are so sweet and let you know what they will be doing and give you times and updates. I will be using them for many years to come.

Jarrod himself came out to inspect our home for bats. He then quoted us a great price for removing the wildlife, cleaning the guano, and installing new insulation in the attic, where the bats were nesting. The crew is super friendly and easy to work with, and so is the staff in the back office. Great people and great pricing, which makes for a grateful customer.

Jarrod’s Pest Control goes above and beyond as their customer service is unmatched! They treated my apartment complex before and the chemicals they use are NOT watered down like others. It’s a huge difference in how many times you need treatment per year. Now, I called them to treat my new house and they are very thorough and provide excellent customer service. I’ve dealt with the owner and 3 techs, Jarrod, Zack, and Codey, so far between my old apt and now my house and they are all great and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had problems with squirrels. They had started to chew on the house. I counted 10 one evening. We called another place that promised to call us back. They did not. Similar thing with Jarrod's, we were told that squirrel guy would call us back and the next day he did. Squirrel guy from Jarrod set 3 traps in the yard and over a 11 day period, 9 squirrels were trapped. Squirrel guy told me that he releases them about 10 miles away. When a squirrel is trapped: During the week day call the office and they send somebody out to get it. On the weekend, call the office and write down the emergency number. Call it and the oncall person comes out.
