Excellent customer service! I reached out to Jarrod's today about removing a snake from my parents pool. They are up in age and I was unable to get by there quickly. Jarrod was at their house within 20 minutes and had the snake taken care of shortly after arriving. He even reached back out to me after completing the removal to communicate the type and condition. Thank you Jarrod's!

Debbie H.Apr 2022

Called Jarrod's because my mom had snakes under her house in the back yard. He told me it would cost about $300.00 or he could just tell me how to catch the snakes myself and save me that money. I did what he suggested and my husband and I was able to catch one of the snakes. We put the trap out and waiting to catch the other one, we also caught about five baby snakes. The people there was nice too.

I am deathly afraid of snakes and I live by a ditch. I called them and they immediately came out to solve the problem. I’ve had them a year and a half now and very pleased. Professional, very knowledgeable and quality work! Very happy with my service!

Very professional very timely very efficient Jared should be proud. And very informative thank you

D.J. S.Oct 2026

James notifies me the day before he is coming. I appreciate this courtesy, because it gives me a heads up before I am notified by the cameras that someone is in my yard. He sprays all of the designated areas each time he comes. It must be working, because I have not had any bugs inside of the house.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to Your Snake Removal Questions

Here is what Columbus homeowners ask us most.

How much does snake removal cost?

It depends on where the snake is, whether traps are needed and how many gaps need sealing. Your technician gives you the price before any work starts. The inspection and estimate are free.

How fast can you come out?

We offer same-day and next-day service across Columbus, Phenix City, Auburn and the rest of the Chattahoochee Valley. Emergency service is available if a snake is inside your home.

Should I try to catch or kill the snake myself?

No. Some snakes in the Columbus area are venomous, and a bite can cause serious injury. Keep children and pets away, watch where the snake goes from a safe distance, and call us.

What happens to the snake after you catch it?

Non-venomous snakes are relocated. Venomous snakes are not relocated, because of the danger they pose to people.

Why do I keep finding snakes in my yard?

Snakes look for food and shelter. Woodpiles, brush and other clutter give them places to hide. Your technician will point out the spots to clear so your yard is less inviting.
