Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Joshua after we noticed rat droppings in our garage. He came out, set traps, and by the next day the rats were caught. What I appreciated most is that even after the rats were immediately caught, they continued to follow up and conduct periodic checks before officially closing the job. I called Jarrod's on Friday, and Ashley had Daniel come to my home the same day. He was there to remove a critter that had crawled into my ductwork and died. After the removal, Daniel explained to me that he had sprayed and patched up the ductwork. Jarrods saved the day today!!!! We had a little unwelcome bat move into a vacant house and needed it removed asap because another pest control company left us high and dry . Mr Squirrel decided he liked us enough to take up residence in our guest room and decided to brave the dining room to get a bite . I cornered him there but couldn’t coax him onto a box . Great company to deal with! They handle our wildlife and termite bond. Also, the pest control treatment. When the guy comes to spray, he even sweeps the facia and soffits of our house for spider webs. Would highly recommend them!

I love Jarrod's, they are always on time and always text's me to let me know when they are coming and when there is bad weather they are always letting me know that they will be there as soon as the weather is better, i have called Mr. Jarrod after hours before and he was there. no fuss no mess, i have been a customer with them for over 2 years, they have also gone when i called them to my daughters home to help with a place that they moved in to and the apt management did not clean or pest control the apt and they need to go there that same day i called and had no problem doing so to help us out. and now they had bought there own place and is having a problem with ant and flying stinging things. and with grandchildren that are high alergic to them i need Jarrods to go out there and see what they could do for her and as always they were there and they are a company that i can count on and the price is just right it is so much better then the others out there. . their employee Brain is so awesome and is a joy to have come to my home and do the pest control, and is so understanding when i can not let him in the house because of my job. i work from home and because of who i work for i can not have anyone in the house while my system is running . While Knox Pest Control himhawed around about a flea infestation we had, these folks came out, did an actual inspection, assured me the issue would be taken care of, and got the job done in one go! Called Jarrod's because my mom had snakes under her house in the back yard. He told me it would cost about $300.00 or he could just tell me how to catch the snakes myself and save me that money. I did what he suggested and my husband and I was able to catch one of the snakes. We put the trap out and waiting to catch the other one, we also caught about five baby snakes. The people there was nice too.

We had problems with squirrels. They had started to chew on the house. I counted 10 one evening. We called another place that promised to call us back. They did not. Similar thing with Jarrod's, we were told that squirrel guy would call us back and the next day he did. Squirrel guy from Jarrod set 3 traps in the yard and over a 11 day period, 9 squirrels were trapped. Squirrel guy told me that he releases them about 10 miles away. When a squirrel is trapped: During the week day call the office and they send somebody out to get it. On the weekend, call the office and write down the emergency number. Call it and the oncall person comes out.

I cannot even begin to praise Jarrods. My cat was stuck behind my water heater and after calling the fire department and animal control they gave me their number. He was super fast getting here, he was patient with me while I was in hysterics over my cat and the most important part is he was gentle with my cat. He removed him from behind the water heater and Mr Binx is back to his old self. I can’t thank them enough!!

Jarrod's Pest Control shows up when they are supposed to, does the job right the first time and their techs even helped me get my trash out to the street for pickup when I broke my ankle.
