Scratching in the attic is a common call in Columbus. We trap the squirrels humanely and seal the holes they chewed to get in.
Why us?
A licensed technician climbs up to find the nest and every chewed hole. The inspection and estimate are free, and you get the price before any work starts.
We trap the squirrels humanely and remove them from your attic. Then we seal the chewed holes with galvanized metal and wire mesh so squirrels stay out.
Most squirrel calls get a technician out the same day or the next. Our wildlife technicians are licensed in Georgia and Alabama, and we've removed squirrels around Columbus since 2009.
A squirrel's teeth never stop growing, so it chews wood, boxes and electrical wiring. Chewed wires in an attic can start a fire. Trim limbs that hang over your roof, because squirrels use them to reach the eaves.
RickeyOct 2026 The service is always done on time and on the day they say there will be at the house. If we have questions they always take the time to talk to us. Great job today.

Aracelis W.Jan 2024 Mr Squirrel decided he liked us enough to take up residence in our guest room and decided to brave the dining room to get a bite . I cornered him there but couldn’t coax him onto a box . Called Jarrod’s and Christian came and took him to a nice place in the woods ! Thank you , Christian for quick , professional service ! Thank you !
Chris P.Feb 2022 We had problems with squirrels. They had started to chew on the house. I counted 10 one evening. We called another place that promised to call us back. They did not. Similar thing with Jarrod's, we were told that squirrel guy would call us back and the next day he did. Squirrel guy from Jarrod set 3 traps in the yard and over a 11 day period, 9 squirrels were trapped. Squirrel guy told me that he releases them about 10 miles away. When a squirrel is trapped: During the week day call the office and they send somebody out to get it. On the weekend, call the office and write down the emergency number. Call it and the oncall person comes out.
Page H.Dec 2020 Jarrod's team helped me get rid of squirrels that have been terrorizing my attic. They're very responsive and came back to help when the squirrels returned

It depends on how many squirrels there are and how many holes need repair. Your technician inspects first and gives you the price before any work starts. The estimate is free, with no obligation.

We don't recommend it. Fixing the entry hole usually means ladder work at the roofline, and falls are a real risk. Our technicians have the equipment and training to do it safely.
Usually not. We've removed squirrels from attics where they were living right next to piles of mothballs. Spray repellents wash off every time it rains. Trapping the squirrels and sealing the holes is what works.
A squirrel's teeth never stop growing, so it chews all the time. Squirrels chew wood, boxes and even electrical wiring, which can start a fire. They also use the attic as a latrine, and the smell can spread through the house.
