For over 14 years of using various services with Jarrod’s Pest Control, I have had no complaints. I have always received friendly and professional service. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Joshua after we noticed rat droppings in our garage. He came out, set traps, and by the next day the rats were caught. What I appreciated most is that even after the rats were immediately caught, they continued to follow up and conduct periodic checks before officially closing the job. Joshua did an excellent job, and I truly enjoyed our conversations. Prayerfully, we won’t see any more rats in the garage, but if we do, I will definitely contact Jarrod’s and request Joshua. We get monthly service from Jarrod’s and have also had them for rats and new insulation. Cody is who does our monthly treatment every month. He is beyond amazing. He always calls to say before to let me know he is coming and calls 15 mins before he will be here. He always makes sure to ask me if we are having problems with anything and always before he leaves he makes sure that I am happy with what he did. He is very professional and all around nice guy. Daniel has been dealing with the insulation and rats. He always calls me before he is coming and before he gets here. Anytime I text him or call him he answers. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and truly goes above and beyond for the customer..He has made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. I wanted to add to my review. Jarrod’s is an amazing company and honor their warranty’s. It has been 5 months and no mice or rats have been seen until they started redoing the other house next to me. I called and Ms. Trina had D.Cherry here the very next day. Trina and D.Cherry have been absolutely amazing. He came and explained everything to me and told me what he was doing. I was so pleased with the fast response time because they have already put in insulation and I just had all new duct work put in my home. Everyone at this company goes above and beyond to make sure they do a good job and are so kind. Not to mention because Mr. Jarrod explained everything to me so well in the beginning and made sure I understood our contract and that I was ok with the pricing and contract. I contacted the office about a rat issue in my home. Jarrod came out the next day to give me the quote. The pricing was great. They were back at my house next day to start sealing the outside and getting these things out of my house. They will also be doing new insulation and monthly service. All guys that have came to my home have been absolutely amazing. Very professional, let me know each step they were doing. All the girls in the office are so sweet and let you know what they will be doing and give you times and updates. I will be using them for many years to come.
