Why Us

Why Perry Homeowners Call Jarrod's for Wildlife Removal

Same-Day and Next-Day Service

We work to get a wildlife technician to your Perry home the same day you call, or the next. Our technicians cover Perry along with Warner Robins and the rest of Houston County. You get a technician who works your area every week. Bat jobs take more than one visit, so we schedule those with you.

Humane Removal, Then Sealed Out

We catch armadillos, raccoons and opossums in humane traps, and the bats in older downtown roofs leave by one-way exits. Behind them, we close every opening in the roof, deck or crawl space so another animal can't settle in.

Free Inspection and Upfront Price

Jarrod's Georgia license covers wildlife jobs in Perry. No fee applies to the inspection or estimate, whether it is a mole in a Saddle Creek Farms lawn or a snake by Rozar Park. Nothing begins until the price suits you.

Wildlife Specialists Since 2009

Wildlife removal was Jarrod's first line of work in 2009. That history shows in Perry yards, where telling an armadillo hole from a mole tunnel decides which trap goes in the ground. Snakes, raccoons and bats each call for their own approach too.

Debbie H.Apr 2022

Called Jarrod's because my mom had snakes under her house in the back yard. He told me it would cost about $300.00 or he could just tell me how to catch the snakes myself and save me that money. I did what he suggested and my husband and I was able to catch one of the snakes. We put the trap out and waiting to catch the other one, we also caught about five baby snakes. The people there was nice too.

Chris P.Feb 2022

We had problems with squirrels. They had started to chew on the house. I counted 10 one evening. We called another place that promised to call us back. They did not. Similar thing with Jarrod's, we were told that squirrel guy would call us back and the next day he did. Squirrel guy from Jarrod set 3 traps in the yard and over a 11 day period, 9 squirrels were trapped. Squirrel guy told me that he releases them about 10 miles away. When a squirrel is trapped: During the week day call the office and they send somebody out to get it. On the weekend, call the office and write down the emergency number. Call it and the oncall person comes out.

I am deathly afraid of snakes and I live by a ditch. I called them and they immediately came out to solve the problem. I’ve had them a year and a half now and very pleased. Professional, very knowledgeable and quality work! Very happy with my service!

Jarrod's team helped me get rid of squirrels that have been terrorizing my attic. They're very responsive and came back to help when the squirrels returned

Kali F.Jul 2020

I would recommend Jarrods to anyone looking for pest or wildlife control! They are extremely responsive, helpful and timely. Every time I’ve called, I’ve always received a return call and service in the same day. If there is ever an issue, they are sure to make it right. Bobby really went above and beyond for my family, even after hours, and we are so appreciative! Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Kaili C.Apr 2018

I cannot even begin to praise Jarrods. My cat was stuck behind my water heater and after calling the fire department and animal control they gave me their number. He was super fast getting here, he was patient with me while I was in hysterics over my cat and the most important part is he was gentle with my cat. He removed him from behind the water heater and Mr Binx is back to his old self. I can’t thank them enough!!

Every wildlife job starts with a free inspection and a price before any work begins. We also handle skunks, beavers and other nuisance animals.

  • Wildlife Control in Perry, GA: Armadillos in Houston Springs Lawns

    Armadillos in Houston Springs Lawns

Houston Springs and the subdivisions around it were built on old pasture and woods. The armadillos stayed, rooting through sprinkled turf and mulch beds for grubs after dark. Traps go on the paths they wear in.

  • Critter Removal in Perry, GA: Snakes Along Big Indian Creek

    Snakes Along Big Indian Creek

The creek and its waterway trails give snakes cover and food close to Perry homes. In summer, rat snakes and copperheads slip into cool garages and crawl spaces. We remove them and close the openings.

  • Wildlife Trapping in Perry, GA: Moles on Saddle Creek Acreage

    Moles on Saddle Creek Acreage

Saddle Creek Farms lots run from three-quarters of an acre to well over an acre, with plenty of lawn for moles. Their raised tunnels lift the sod and kill the grass. We locate the runs moles use most and trap there.

  • Animal Removal in Perry, GA: Raccoons Near Rozar Park

    Raccoons Near Rozar Park

Raccoons live around the two ponds at Rozar Park and raid trash cans on the streets nearby. Some climb into attics and chimneys. We trap the raccoon, check for kits and seal the entry.

  • Wildlife Removal in Perry, GA: Bats Around Historic Downtown

    Bats Around Historic Downtown

Older homes and buildings near Carroll Street have weathered wood trim and gaps along the roof edge. Bat colonies settle in for spring and summer. Outside pup season, we hang one-way exits and seal up after the colony leaves.

  • Animal Control in Perry, GA: Opossums Under Perry Decks

    Opossums Under Perry Decks

Opossums den in the dry space under low decks and back porches beside the woods. Some females carry a litter on their backs. We trap the opossum, then screen the space beneath so a new one can't move in.

Our Process

Our Wildlife Removal Process in Perry

  1. Call For A Free Quote

Call and describe the damage. Holes in the lawn, raised tunnels or a snake curled behind the water heater each suggest a different animal. Perry appointments are open for today or the next day.

  2. Free Inspection & Price

Your technician checks the lawn, the crawlspace vents and the roof of your Perry home to find the animal and its way in. You get the price, and only then do we set a trap.

  3. Trapping & Sealing

Traps follow the animal's travel path, and bats get fitted one-way doors. Then galvanized mesh or metal flashing closes the gaps under decks, sheds and the house.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to Your Perry Wildlife Removal Questions

Here is what Perry homeowners ask us most.

What wildlife do you remove in Perry?

Southern Houston County still has plenty of farmland between subdivisions. Armadillos and moles tear up lawns from spring into fall, and summer heat drives snakes into shady garages and sheds. Opossums settle under decks and porches near the tree line. We remove raccoons, squirrels, bats, snakes, opossums, birds, armadillos, moles and voles.

How fast can you come out to Perry?

We offer same-day and next-day wildlife visits in Perry and across Houston County. Bat removal takes more than one visit, so we plan it with you. Call (706) 841-9912 for the first open time.

How do I tell armadillo damage from mole damage in my Perry yard?

Look at the shape. An armadillo leaves small cone-shaped pits dotted over the lawn after a night of feeding. A mole pushes up raised tunnels and mounds of dirt. Each needs its own method, so tell us which one you are seeing.

Do snakes come into garages during Perry summers?

Yes. When the heat peaks, snakes look for cool, shady places, and a garage or shed near the woods fits. Keep boxes off the garage floor and close the opening under the door. We remove any snake that gets in.

Can you trap wildlife on farms and acreage outside Perry?

Yes. We trap armadillos, raccoons, opossums and skunks around homes, barns and outbuildings near Perry, Elko and Clinchfield. The inspection is on us, and no trap goes down until you accept the quote. Tell us about any pets or livestock, and we place traps with them in mind.
